Pilates at the Port

Our third event of our portable pilates summer series takes us up the north coast to the scenic Portballintrae where hopefully the sun will shine and we can enjoy some summer movement alfresco.

We’d love to invite you to our August event;

Where; Portballintrae

When; Sunday 27th August 2023

9am

What; Pilates at the port, bring a mat or towel & participate in an invigorating 45 minute pilates session alfresco inhaling that fresh sea air! Suitable for all levels, go at your own pace through a guided pilates session followed by a dip and a sip if you wish.

After your pilates session you're free to enjoy the rest of your morning as you choose maybe bring your cozzie & cool down with a little post pilates paddle, a flask of tea to enjoy by the sea or there is the Bay view just across the road.
