Sunrise Summer SUP

Start your summer with a sunrise on the beach Pilates session focusing on core & balance. Then put your practise to the test whilst you have fun learning from our Stand up paddle board instructor in a guided 2hour paddle board session. After this your time is then free to enjoy your weekend either choosing to head home or you could even bring your own picnic breakfast to enjoy the choice is yours.
