1. Don't be mean keep it clean
Your mat deserves a little tlc sometimes so when cleaning use a tiny drop of soap diluted very heavily with plenty of water. Wipe your mat gently with a non-abrasive sponge that is damp but not soaking wet. Although remarkably durable, over-cleaning or using abrasive products will wear out the mat/materials faster. Let it dry properly after cleaning or after a sweaty session.
2. Sunshine is good for the soal but not the best for your mat.
Overtime you may find sunshine fades the colour of your mat and also degrades it quicker.
