Initial session requires a consultation and depending on injury may require a letter of approval to exercise from a health care professional. Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 14 hours in advance, failure to do so will result in a charge for the missed session. A late reschedule will incur a 50% charge of session. A late cancelation/no show a full charge of missed session will incur. Please note any bookings made further than one month in advance at time of booking, dates may be subject to change.
